This document lists the terms commonly used when describing the "Act on Specified Commercial Transactions", which covers the products offers for sale. While we wish to contribute to the increasing and continued use of the internet in a safe environment, we also want to gain our customer’s trust through listing these terms and what each of them means. 4.How to order
Order via the Internet
Please note that as we are unable to deliver to some countries, some areas of the islands and some regions of Japan, etc. In this case, your order may not be accepted.

5.Retail price
Pricing is displayed on a per-product basis.

6.Payment method
Credit card, debit card

7.Time and method of payment
Credit card (VISA, Master), you will be charged at the time the product is shipped.

8.Other costs
Consumption tax, Delivery Fee

9.Delivery Fee
If more than (plus tax) 10,000 yen amount order: Free
If less than (plus tax) 10,000 yen amount order: 450 yen

10.Product delivery time
After completion of order receipt, will be delivered usually within 5 to 8 days.
(Delivery to some locations such as islands or particularly remote locations may take longer)

11.Returned goods
As a general rule, we do not accept returned goods because of a change of mind. While we invest significant resources in our quality control processes, in the unlikely event of your order being damaged in transit, if what you received was not what you ordered, or if the goods you received are defective, in these cases only will an offer for exchange or refund be made.

Please ensure that our office is contacted within 7 days. After receiving the returned goods (postage to be paid by our company), these will be replaced and re-sent to you with new goods, or if you prefer, a refund.
